For Sellers:

Sellers must register for an account to list their products or services. During registration, we collect information necessary for marketplace participation, including business details and contact information.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate and kept up to date.

For Buyers:

Buyers may browse and make purchases without creating an account. We do not store personal data of buyers beyond what is required to complete transactions (e.g., name and delivery address during checkout).

3. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
• Not upload or sell prohibited or illegal products or services
• Not interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of their listings
• Fulfilling orders and providing customer service
• Complying with all applicable Zimbabwean laws and regulations

Shop at Zim does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or customer satisfaction on behalf of sellers.

5. Payments

Payments for products and services are processed via third-party payment providers. Shop at Zim does not store or process payment card details directly.

Any issues related to payments, refunds, or chargebacks must be resolved between the buyer and the seller.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shop at Zim is not liable for:

• Losses or damages resulting from use of the platform
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Errors in product listings, pricing, or delivery

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. Shop at Zim does not collect or store personal data from buyers beyond what is necessary to complete transactions.

8. Changes to the Terms
